I got a pair of earrings from Simply Whispers and they just didn’t fit the way I thought they would, so I tried to do a return or exchange and it took longer than I expected because I had to wait around for someone to get back to me and the whole thing felt a little more frustrating than it needed to be. They did take care of it eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I wouldn’t say the process was all that smooth either.

Just a heads up for anyone with sensitive ears: these weren’t very comfortable for me. I was hoping they’d be better, but my ears still got itchy after wearing them for a while. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I picked up a few pairs of earrings and, i was kind of wondering if they’d feel cheap because the prices were so good. But they’re actually decent for what you pay. Shipping wasn’t super fast or anything, but it was fine. Overall, I’m happy with them and I’d probably order again.

The product pages were clear enough for me, with decent photos and the basic info I needed. When I went to check out later that evening, the process was simple too, with no weird extra steps or anything confusing.
The only reason I’d say it’s more of a 4-star experience is that a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters could be a little better. Still, by the time I was done, I felt like the site worked fine and made shopping straightforward.

My order from Simply Whispers showed up on time and everything was there, so no real complaints on that part. I’ll admit, I kind of expected the packaging to be basic, and that’s exactly how it felt when I opened it. The box was plain and the inside could’ve been arranged a little nicer. Nothing was damaged, which is definitely good, but it didn’t really have that nice or special feel. Overall, it was fine, just not anything impressive.

I like some of the earring styles, they’re simple and easy to wear day to day. The selection is sorta okay, but I do wish there were more modern options and a few more colors to choose from. Overall, not bad, just not quite as much variety as I was expecting.

My order was mostly right, just one pair was the wrong one. The rest of it was totally fine tho, so not a huge deal.

I wasn’t impressed. The earrings bent quickly and looked cheaper in person than I expected. On top of that, the reminders to leave a review felt way too aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying. Definitely not worth it for me
